The breakfast selection was superb with fresh yogurt drinks, variety of egg dishes, and superb bread. The decor in the hotel was elegantly stylish and simple. The wellness area with saunas was a lovely addition. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The location was quiet with good balcony views.
Not obvious to find.

This family run boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel and spa. Lots of attention to details and service. High quality and diverse breakfast.
It seemed that several people in the family (who live on the top floor of the hotel) smoked. For a "spa" hotel in the countryside (2 km outside of Kitzbuhel) which leaves a note in the room asking guests not to smoke, it was an unpleasant contradiction to smell cigarette smoke in the room (starting early in the morning) and throughout the hotel.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
The atmosphere in the hotel is very cold. A younger member of staff (I don't know her name) was always very friendly and helpful. However, the staff member that was there most of the time was extremely cold and abrupt to the point of sounding rude at times. Note that there only ever seemed to be one person on duty at any one time - probably because there were few guests at the hotel which I think may be because of the hotels reputation re the cold atmosphere.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kitzbuhel. This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with the rooms designed in a local style and boasting beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the room were all I needed for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the egg dishes.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient as it was not far from the city centre, making it easy to get to restaurants and shops. the hotel was also close to the slopes, which was great for skiing. the spa and saunas were lovely and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming, which would have improved the overall experience.

Had the best Christmas ever! the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. the spa was amazing and we spent hours relaxing in the sauna and hot tub.
The restaurant was quite expensive, but that's expected for a ski resort. the ski bus service could have been more frequent, but the short walk to the lifts was good exercise!

Enjoyed a beautiful Christmas holiday with my family at a lovely hotel in a quiet location, but still close to the main attractions. The food was exceptional and the spa facilities were of a high standard. We especially appreciated the cozy ambience and the complimentary afternoon tea and cakes served daily.
The rooms were quite small, and we were disappointed by the lack of variety in the festive activities offered for guests during the holidays. the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating to our needs and requests.
